My massage approach is a blend of focused therapeutic techniques and relaxation, tailored to address your specific needs and priorities. I draw from various modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and stretching techniques. I believe that touch can create a place for the body to shift into alignment.

I graduated from the MH Vicars 2200 hour Massage Therapy program in 2021. Before that, I attended the Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage, where I completed a 600 hour program in 2017.

In the winter of 2018, I started working at the Great Canadian Heli Ski lodge. During this time, my passion for this profession was solidified and simultaneously brought me into the community of Golden.

For a couple of years, I practiced out of Knead Wellness and have recently transitioned to a new space, where I’m eager to continue offering my services to the Golden community.

Outside of my massage practice, you might find me foraging for wild foods, teaching hide-tanning classes, hiking, going to the gym, crafting, exploring new places, growing food and flowers, and snowboarding in the winter
